Cobra: Welcome, everybody!

This time, we are able to hold a workshop at this special location. This will be a unique experience. You won't find workshops like this anywhere else. So, I think this will probably be the last time.

Before we begin, there are a few technical announcements.

I hope everyone signed the Non-Disclosure Agreement. The purpose of NDA is to protect my identity and my work, so that I can continue this.

At the Munich workshop, there was a serious violation of this. Someone shared information about my person with an unspecified number of people. This constitutes a serious violation. People think they can do whatever they want just because they are frustrated. But I want them to show at least a minimum of respect. We live in a civilized society. This kind of behavior should have legal consequences. This sort of thing should never happen.

I want you to show the bare minimum of respect for what I'm doing. No one has any idea how big the scale of what I'm doing really is. If this is what happens, I wish I hadn't done it in the first place. I was young and naive! [laughter and applause]

So, the use of electronic devices is prohibited here. Recording is also prohibited. Please leave your cell phones outside the room and use them during breaks. There are plenty of breaks. We know everyone's addicted, so it's okay.

Galactic Network of Light Meditation

As we come from very different environments, it is time for us to do a meditation to align our energies.

So, I would ask you to make yourself comfortable. Close your eyes, and watch your breath coming in and out…

As you breathe in, you breathe in brilliant white light into your physical body. As you breathe out, you release the light into your surroundings.

As you breathe in, you breathe in brilliant white light into your physical body. As you breathe out, you release from your physical body everything you don’t need anymore. All blocks and physical pain and all, just let it go. Keep breathing like that.

Now, as you breathe in, breathe in brilliant white light into your physical body, as you breathe out, you breathe out that light to all directions. Keep breathing like that.

As you breathe in, you breathe in brilliant white light into your plasma body. Permeate all your plasma body with that light. As you breathe out, you release from your plasma body everything you don’t need anymore. All anomaly and all distortion, just let it go. Keep breathing like that.

Now as you breathe in, you breathe in brilliant white light into your plasma body, as you breathe out, you breathe out that brilliant white light radiates to all directions. Keep breathing like that.

As you breathe in, you breathe in that brilliant white light into your etheric body, or energy body. As you breathe out, you release from your etheric body everything you don’t need anymore. All blockage in chakras and meridians, just let it all go. Keep breathing like that.

Now as you breathe in, you breathe brilliant white light into your etheric body, as you breathe out, you radiate that brilliant white light to all directions. Keep breathing like that.

As you breathe in, you breathe in brilliant white light into your astral body, or your emotional body. As you breathe out, you release from your emotional body everything you don’t need anymore. All sadness, anger, guilt, depression, just let it go. Keep breathing like that.

Now as you breathe in, you breathe in brilliant white light into your astral body, as you breathe out, you radiate that brilliant white light to all directions from your emotional body. Keep breathing like that.

As you breathe in, you breathe in brilliant white light into your mental body. As you breathe out, you release from your mental body everything you don’t need anymore. All doubts, worries, belief systems, just let it go. Keep breathing like that.

Now as you breathe in, you breathe in brilliant white light into your mental body, as you breathe out, you radiate that brilliant white light to all directions. Keep breathing like that.

Now as you breathe in, breathe in that brilliant white light to the totality of your being. And as you breathe out, radiate that light to all directions. Keep breathing like that.

As you breathe like that, you begin to realize that you are a being of light. You are a being of light. I AM a Being of Light. And we are confirming the fact by singing sacred OM three times. OM OM OM.

As a being of light, we are connecting to other beings of light in this group. We are creating one big being of light. We are a being of light. We recognize our group as a big point of light. One being of light. We are confirming that fact by singing the sacred OM three times. OM OM OM.

As a group of one being of light, we are connecting with all other groups, couples, and individuals throughout the planet. We are creating a planetary network of light. We can visualize, feel, and experience this planetary network of light growing and expanding throughout the planet. You can visualize the light growing and the darkness ending. All the wars ending, all the sufferings ending, until the whole planet is becoming a one big point of light. We are confirming the fact by singing sacred OM three times. We start. OM OM OM.

You can feel, visualize, or experience our galaxy is a double spiral with billions of billions of stars. And each of the stars are the galactic points of light. So the planet Earth is the last planet to be accepted in the galactic network. That is the fulfilment of the old galactic prophecy: "There will come a time all the darkness will disappear, and only the Light remains”. The time is now. We are confirming that fact, we are singing the sacred OM three times. And, we start. OM OM OM.

Now visualize a pillar of brilliant sky-blue colored light coming from the sky going through our group to the center of the Earth and coming from the Earth into the sky. So, you are sitting in the pillars of light going in both directions. We ask that the pillar of light is protecting us from all negative creations and aligning us to the purpose of this workshop.

High above in the stratosphere, there is a mothership of the Galactic Confederation. The purpose of the mothership is to align the group with our highest purpose, and protect the group from all negative creations.

As you breathe in, you breathe in the presence of mothership into your heart. As you breathe out, you breathe out your presence into the mothership. Keep breathing like that.

As you are breathing like that, you begin to realize their presence in your heart. So, you silently call upon their names. Ashtar Command, Sananda, St. Germain, Kuthumi, Goddess Isis…whatever you feel connected with, and ask them to be with us during the workshop, guide us to the highest purpose of the soul, and protect us from all the negative creations. You can call upon Ashtar Command, and silently say “Ashtar Command” three times in your mind.

Slowly you become aware of your physical body. You are becoming aware of the surroundings. And when you are ready, please open your eyes.

Everybody, welcome back. We have done a meditation to align our energy to the purpose of the workshop.

Did Your Life Get Better?

Okay, we will start the main program now.

First of all, I asked the same question in Munich, but I want to know the impact of the portal that opened on August 21st.

So, I would like to ask you some questions.

First question: Those who feel your life has been improved since the opening of the portal in August, please stand up. [48 people]

Second question: Those who feel your life stays the same as before, please stand up. [12 people]

Third question: Those who feel it has gotten worse since then, please stand up. [Only 1 person]

We should have more people here. Where is everybody else?

Ok, we will repeat it again to get the exact results. We need to cover everybody in this room!

First question: Those who feel your life has been improved since the opening of the portal in August, please stand up. [64 people]

Improved in just a few seconds! [laughter]

Second question: Those who feel your life stays more or less the same as before, please stand up. [17 people]

We are a very happy group, then. [laughter]

We've done this several times in previous workshops, and the results were pretty much the same. Significant numbers of people's lives improved with the opening of the portal. Although there has been no physical intervention yet, one of the purposes or goals of opening the portal has been achieved. That is the improvement of the lives of the lightworkers.

Healing of Lightworkers

The light forces have communicated that the healing of lightworkers is most needed now. Many of them are already tired, wounded, and in need of healing. It's important to continue the mission, but now is the time for everyone to take time to rest and focus on personal healing. There are numerous healing techniques available on the planet's surface. From spiritual methods to energy healing, you can choose and participate in whichever is necessary to heal your own condition. That healing is necessary for the next step of the Ascension Process and also for the liberation process. I'll post about this on my blog sometime, but it'll probably be a few weeks from now.

What I can say now is that the process that began on August 21st is ongoing and will continue to intensify. Some people put in considerable effort for the August mass meditation, but most people only did the 20-minute meditation three times. Twenty minutes meditation is not a lot. There were some people who put in tremendous effort to create videos and provide explanations.

However, many people work 9 to 5 jobs, then come home and have to cook meals, do laundry, etc. It could be said they are dedicating even more effort to these tasks. I mean, that is the human condition.

Meditation truly works as you can see. It can change the reality system. People expect too much. Of course, having expectations is natural. But this is a crazy planet in a crazy universe. It's extremely difficult to know what will happen. In other words, no matter what happens, it's impossible to know it beforehand. All we can do is become better at meditation.

The main reason is that there are too many anomalies. So we can only focus on the process. We can only focus on the outcome we ultimately receive.

As I mentioned at the Munich workshop, a massive ascension portal has opened across the entire solar system. A huge fleet of motherships is unfolding a multidimensional mandala throughout the solar system. Those massive fleets are all sending immense energy toward Earth.

Clearing the Akashic Records

They are resolving every anomaly on the planet. Right now, they are purifying the Akashic Records that have accumulated on this planet over thousands and tens of thousands of years. Everything that has ever happened in the past is being cleared. Memories, energies, signatures, and darkness originating from the planet's history, which had dominated for millennia, are now being removed. This is also part of the ascension process.

Additionally, our individual Akashic Records are being cleared. Your past lives, your causal body, your energy body - all are being transmuted.

In other words, what's happening now is a reset of both planetary and personal history.

What I mean is, this doesn't erase memories. It simply removes all abnormality and the negative burdens it creates. All of this must happen before any significant changes occur. Otherwise, people will find themselves in really difficult conditions. Occasionally, flashbacks of old memories may suddenly pop up in your mind. A brief flashback appears abruptly and vanishes just as quickly. This is a sign that the energy associated with that memory needs to be purified.

Anchoring ATVOR of Ashtar Command

This will continue for a while until all the anomalies are cleared. When they are sufficiently cleared, the Ashtar Command of the Galactic Confederation will be able to anchor their energy onto the planet. This means ATVOR's pillar of light anchors itself into the ground. This charges the entire planet with energy. Once it is charged, solar plasma also begins to be directed. The energy charge will become constructive, but not destructive, for the planet's surface. This becomes the sign of a solar flash. We begin to slowly transition into that phase. This occurs naturally on the planet once every 26,000 years, or roughly every 13,000 years. At this time, massive amounts of plasma are charged and released.

This is the primary reason the ATVOR beam must be anchored to the ground. It stabilizes the solar plasma, preventing damage to the planet. Past solar events were extremely destructive. One such event even wiped out 90% of life on Earth. This was because there were too many anomalies here, preventing the Ashtar Command from properly anchoring the ATVOR ray. However, this time we've significantly reduced both Lurkers and anomalies compared to that time, so the Ashtar Command should be able to properly anchor the ATVOR ray to the surface of the planet!

Today, those initiated into ATVOR Ray will directly experience its energy. This energy will continue to intensify. The Ashtar Command's objective is to completely eradicate Lurkers and anomalies from the surface of the planet. This is the final mission for the liberation of the universe.

Once this mission is complete, everything will become easier. Currently, we are hostages on the planet's surface, but as the abnormality subsides, people's sensitivity to the light will grow stronger. Then quantum leaps will begin to occur. Disclosure will begin. First contact will begin. Physical intervention will begin, and the Event will occur.

I cannot give you a date. The risks are too great. But it has taken too long. Simply put, the change is too vast. We are attempting to alter tens of thousands of years of human history - it is a change of colossal magnitude.

If I am still here next year, I will ask you again: Has your life improved? I cannot guarantee if everyone will stand up or not.

The galaxy is also undergoing its own polar shift. Galaxies possess their own magnetic poles. Therefore, they experience magnetic pole reversals. When the Galactic Central Sun activates, all life within the galaxy is affected.

Tachyons

The Central Sun is the source of tachyon energy. Tachyons are subatomic particles first created after the Big Bang of the universe. Therefore, tachyons possess a direct connection to the Galactic Central Sun.

Therefore, these are the most effective and most harmonious energies in the universe.

And they are the most naturally occurring energies in the universe. They permeate everywhere in the universe.

However, this planet lacks tachyons because it is occupied by dark forces. They use ionospheric heaters and HAARP technology to block tachyons. This is technology that manipulates the ionosphere, located worldwide in places like Alaska, China, etc. The ionosphere is the upper part of the atmosphere that filters out most cosmic rays. Since tachyons travel riding cosmic rays, they get blocked there.

For these reasons, the Pleiadians instructed me on how to build the tachyon chamber. This utilizes the principle of quantum entanglement. One crystal is installed in a space station in orbit, while its quantum-entangled twin crystal is installed in the master tachyon chamber on Earth. This is the mechanism by which tachyons are transmitted from space to Earth. Thanks to the existence of this master tachyon chamber, all tachyon chambers on Earth can operate.

There are two types of tachyon chambers. The first one is to heal people. This infuses tachyons into the skin of living beings. This type is available for sale. The other is a chamber that tachyonizes objects. This one is not available for sale. Today I brought many more tachyon products. Spreading tachyons across the planet is also one of my important missions.

First, the familiar Cintamani stones. These originate from Sirius. Then there are the Galactic Cintamanis, holding the energy of the Galactic Central Sun. Colombian tektites are also from Sirius. There are other tektites too, like Lyra tektites, Andromedan tektites, and Atacama tektites.

Then there are the emeralds. This one is an emerald from Rajasthan, India, which helps manifest abundance. This one comes from near Xi'an and is the strongest for connecting with the Agartha dragons. The Habachtal emerald from Austria connects energetically with the Knights Templar, the theme of this workshop. There are also emeralds from various other origins.

Q&A Session 1

Before continuing the main program, I can answer a few of your questions.

Q. In the 16th century, Lazarus Glitschner seems to have been informed of the existence of the Agartha network beneath Mount Untersberg. Was it a Templar group called the Lords of the Black Stone that informed him?
A. No, he was a Jesuit, so he received the information from his Jesuit sources.

Q. Is there a reincarnation of the Knights Templar in this room?
A. Maybe yes, maybe no. [laughter]

Q. Where do the light forces come from? Also, are there other races coming from new star systems?
A. The Pleiadians are the foremost among them. Andromedans, Arcturians, and Aldebaran people are also present, but the Pleiadians are the most influential.

Q. We waited too long for the Event and everyone grew old, but apparently there's a device in Romania that stops aging. Is that true?
A. Yes, those technologies do exist. Therefore, rumors exist just as much.

Q. Is Faction 2 the Knights Templar themselves? Are they collaborating? Or are they unrelated?
A. They're almost identical. The difference is about the same as between White Hats and Faction 2, so it's practically the same.

Q. Is the Habachtal Emerald connected to the Templars? Could you give us more information about that?
A. Yes, of course. Emeralds from the Habachtal have been known for over 2000 years. They long reigned as the quintessential European emeralds, though Colombian emeralds later gained greater fame. Before that, however, they were immensely renowned. Nearly all emeralds used in European royal crowns and other regalia were sourced from the Habachtal.

Q. Were the Templars using that emerald too?
A. Yes, of course.

Q. How credible is the 1999 interview with Lacerta?
A. I will not comment on other sources.

Q. Regarding the introduction of quantum financial systems: Is GESARA/NESARA disinformation intended to divide the masses? If this is true, when will it be implemented?
A. Friday. [laughter] Well, this is a description of part of what actually happens. Of course, the information is partially manipulated. But as an overall explanation, it's okay.

Q. Two years ago, at the previous workshop, you mentioned that the Untersberg is a very special vortex. What effect does it have on us?
A. The Untersberg has many caves. Some of them connect to the Agarthan Network. These connect to time portals. The purpose of these portals is to guide the timeline on the surface of the planet to the optimal timeline. If you connect to that portal, you can assist the process. Using the Habachtal Emerald in Untersberg allows you to connect to that energy.

Q. There are various rumors about 3i/ATLAS. What's your take on it?
A. This celestial body has a profound effect on the people on the planet's surface. It's mass hysteria. [laughter] It's just a small, pitiful rock. Yet everyone's paying attention to it. Surely there are more other important things to focus on.

Q. The Templars are said to have transported large quantities of gold to Germany in 1994. Is it still in Germany?
A. That was only part of the Templar gold that arrived. It was melted down and transformed into new gold bars. Some went to the German central bank, while others were delivered to American banks. It's a complex situation.

Q. According to Benjamin Fulford's information, Barack Obama is said to be a descendant of Hitler. Is that true?
A. Yes, unfortunately, they are related by blood.

Q. Are the high priestess Sissi and Goddess Astara the same soul? Is Sissi the reincarnation of Astara?
A. No, they are different.

Q. It is said that King Solomon's treasure is hidden within Mount Tsurugi in Tokushima Prefecture, Japan. Then some claim to have seen a vision that Solomon has already been reincarnated. Is this true?
A. No.

Q. Please tell me more about the relationship between Untersberg and the Templars. Are there other spots connected to the Templars besides this one?
A. I will speak about it now.

Berchtesgaden and Time Portal

Now I will explain why this place is so important.

This entire area has been a very strong vortex for a very long time. Berchtesgaden has many caves. Some of them lead to Agartha.

Agartha has been extremely active in this location for tens of thousands of years. They have tried every means possible to anchor the Time Portal I mentioned earlier to this place. They have also been anchoring the Emerald Ray.

This area also has many salt mines. Some of them have been in use since Celtic times, over 2000 years ago. Salt over 2000 years old is extremely precious. Even Roman soldiers sought the salt here.

For all these reasons, this place is very special and rich in a way.

Salzburg, Halllein and Salt Mines

The name Salzburg comes from salt. So does Hallein. (This Name derives from Celtic words meaning salt.)

Hallein has two very important salt mines. During World War II, many stolen artworks were stored there. These sites have been active for 2000 years. At one point, the light forces decided to activate this location.

Goddess Isais – Part 1

There was a medieval knight traveling through the Middle East. His name was Hubertus Koch. He visited Nineveh, in what is now Iraq. At that time, it was the Assyrian region. That place had been a very powerful Goddess vortex since Assyrian times. Assyria was a nation that actively suppressed Goddess energy. Before Assyria, there were the Sumerians. There was a very strong Goddess vortex there. Then the Assyrians came and began suppressing the Goddess energy.

However, even during the Assyrian era, a secret group of Goddess priestesses existed there about 3,000 years ago. Many secret temples to the Goddess were built in Nineveh. Hubertus Koch visited their ruins. There he received a vision. He was contacted by the Goddess Isais. Isais belongs to the same soul group as the Goddess Isis. They are of the Sheran family.

Hubertus Koch received a revelation there, instructing him to go to Untersberg. He was told to build a Templar residence at that location. And it was in the year 1221 that they built it.

Templar Residency

In other words, they were attempting to open what we now call the 12:21 Portal back then. The Templar residence is located near the city of Markt Schellenberg. The mysteries of the Goddess were passed down at that residence.

Some time later, two other Templars arrived. They came from Carthage. They founded the Brotherhood of the Blackstone. [Cobra shows the Cintamani Stone.] This black stone.

Yes, they possessed fragments of the Cintamani Stone. This connected them to the Sirius star system.

And this Templar residence was connected to Templar lodges throughout Europe. Soul groups were present especially in southern Salzburg and also in Venice. That was the Ordo Bucintoro. They were the guardians of the Goddess mysteries in Europe at that time.

Contact Dish

In the late 19th century, the Pleiadians and Aldebarans decided to initiate a secret space program on this planet. The chosen one was Maria Orsic of Zagreb. She was connected to a man named Rudolf von Sebottendorf. This was not his real name; it was to conceal his true origins. They gathered at a lodge near Untersberg. There, they were contacted by the Lords of Blackstone.

Maria Orsic also possessed a Cintamani stone. She used it to connect with the Aldebaran people. She learned the technology of the so-called flying saucers from the Aldebaran people. They taught her these technologies in ancient Assyrian and Sumerian. These instructions were to be translated. Professor Schumann in Munich determined that these were technical notes.

And the prototype was built, I believe, in 1922. Had the dissemination of this technology succeeded, all of humanity would be using flying saucers by now.

This is where it all began. Everything started from here.

But unfortunately, the Nazis stole that flight technology. Maria Orsic and the other women were rescued by the Aldebaran people. This was in 1945. They now work within the Galactic Confederation.

Berchtesgaden is therefore a place of great significance. Surrounded by mountains, it is like a natural contact dish. In fact, this will be one of the first places where the first contact occurs.

And unfortunately, the dark forces also became aware of this. That's why they installed numerous directed energy weapons and scalar wave weapons in the mountains of Berchtesgaden. It's an area active with military forces and their secret plans. Because they know this location is suitable for first contact with ETs, they constantly monitor it.

The caves are also under surveillance. A few years ago, caves that had always been freely accessible to people were suddenly closed. The usual excuse: “It's no longer safe here, so we're closing it.” Ten years ago, we could enter those beautiful caves, but now we can't.

Assisting the Templars

So, about 800 years ago, the Templars were very active around here in Berchtesgaden. They had a lodge here, connected to others in Salzburg, Hallein, and elsewhere. Their goal was to resist the New World Order and fight against it.

Therefore, this place was destroyed by dark forces in 1996. Consequently, the positive Templars were forced into silence. They are still here, but they tell no one about their activities. Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, and the entire surrounding area were all places of Templar activity.

The purpose of this workshop is to support the Templars' activities. And to energetically support this place. This location holds immense potential for first contact and the ascension process.

Hitler was also one who recognized this place's potential. That's why he built his villa Kehlsteinhaus or Eagles Nest here.

However, the light forces are now activating this place. It may activate as an energy generator sending light across the planet. It will activate as a reality portal. Through that portal, people will transition to an entirely new timeline for the planet.

The Agartha network is anchoring the Emerald Ray, and the Ashtar Command is also anchoring the ATVOR Ray very strongly here.

There are many underground lakes here. But surface dwellers are unaware of this. Those underground lakes emanate emerald ray energy for the healing of whole of humanity there.

That is a brief description of this place.

Everybody, welcome back. I can answer few of your questions.

Q. Early October I saw a message from someone claiming to be a Templar. They said the Vatican's Holy Gate (main entrance) opened and they were officially invited inside. Is that true?
A. I would say the Templars and the Vatican have always maintained a relationship and exchange. However, that does not necessarily mean this relationship is always connected to the liberation process.

Q. It has been discovered that the Templars here collaborated with those in Salzburg, but how is this so-called Black Stone - the source of light brought here - connected to the Templars?
A. This was once a fortress, I would say. There was a gate here to defend it. But interference disrupted that exchange.

Q. I've always said Syria is an important vortex. Is there any possibility you could hold a workshop there?
A. I would say that place is not safe for the participants and myself. I still would like my head to be on my shoulders. [laughter]

Q. Does this Indian emerald, possessing the energy of the Galactic Central Sun, mean it is more powerful than a Colombian emerald?
A. It is different. It has a different vibration frequency.

Q. If we plant an emerald in the Syrian Goddess vortex, which origin emerald would you recommend?
A. Columbian ones.

Q. Do you know who stole the jewelry from the Louvre?
A. Me! [laughter] No, I don’t know.

Q. If they were reincarnated in Berchtesgaden and Munich now, how could those individuals contribute to the liberation process?
A. The people here should know about special places like the caves here. There's plenty you can do at those locations - whether it's doing energy work, burying emeralds, practicing Agartha meditation, or connecting with the Templars.

Q. A friend of mine says they want to connect with the Knights Templar. Could you tell me how to tell the difference between real Templars and fake Templars?
A. Yes, impostors claiming to be Templars are excessively promoting themselves online. Real Templars never speak of themselves on the internet. There are some genuine spiritual groups, but calling themselves Templars is questionable.

Q. My friend and I had planned to bury a stone somewhere between Berchtesgaden and Munich. But I want to hear from you why that decision was made.
A. First, it is your own inner guidance, and the light forces wanted people to make it happen no matter what.

Q. [I couldn't hear well without a mic, but the question was: If you're going to build something with light, where would you put it?]
A. Wherever you choose.

Q. There is Lake Königssee in the south of Berchtesgaden. Is this one of the entry points to the Agarthan network?

A. The lake itself, no, but there are some around the lake. The main entrances are on the north of Berchtesgaden.

Q. Which cities among the Slavic nations, such as Prague, is most closely connected to the ascension process?
A. Prague was very significant in the 17th century. Spiritual movements flourished there, as exemplified by Rudolf II. We must revive that era's spirit. I may write about Prague on my blog in the future.

So, we will continue the main program now. I will mention Goddess Isais again.

Goddess Isais – Part 2

She is strongly anchored in this region. Her presence also affects the Templars of this place. For the Templars are the protectors of the Goddess.

This place holds many Goddess vortexes. However, I prefer not to disclose their exact locations. While some people know them, I dislike the idea of tourists flocking there and disturbing them if I reveal them here.

I'll just say that the Goddess Isais has anchored her energy very strongly in this place.

She serves as a portal, connecting the physical realm with the energy realm and higher dimensions.

From that portal, several codewords are sent to Earth. They are Emerald Ray and Valhalla. That's all I can say for now.

Isais possesses three treasures: a mirror, a stone, and a dagger.

The “stone” refers to the Cintamani Stone. The ‘mirror’ is used as magical object, employed to create a gateway between higher dimensions and this world.

The “dagger” refers to the technology used to activate Mjölnir.

The Goddess Isais belongs to the same soul group as other Goddesses throughout the world. That is the Sheran family.

The Sheran family is deeply connected to the nation of Japan. I will speak of things hidden until now. The Goddess Isais has a strong connection to the Japanese Goddess Amaterasu. Amaterasu also possesses the same treasures.

The “Stone”: Yasakani no Magatama

The ‘Mirror’: Yata no Kagami

The “Sword”: Ame no Murakumo no Tsurugi

These treasures are said to be currently stored in the Imperial Palace in Tokyo. These treasures are also energetically connected to the Goddess Isais.

Isais's mirror is currently in a special place. I cannot say more at this time, but that mirror will be activated next week. That mirror connects to the higher dimensions.

That mirror symbolizes the eight-pointed star. This is also the Sheran family crest. Connecting to the eight-pointed star allows you to connect with the Sheran family's Ashtar Command and the Goddess.

Isais is very active in this region. And through the Emerald Ray, she will help you connect to the higher dimensions. If you can stay here for a few days, it would be good to visit sacred sites or go to caves to connect with the Goddess Isais. You will surely have an interesting experience.

Meditation to Assist the Non-physical Templars

Now, we will do a short meditation to connect with the non-physical Templars. There are physical Templars and non-physical Templars. The etheric realm contains a complete Templar Society. Many who have incarnated into the physical realm energetically belong to that organization. Part of that Templar group are to monitor the activity of the active White Hats and Grey Hats. If they connect with the Templars, the Templars will strongly push them to walk the right path.

Non-physical Templars are currently monitoring for the liberation process of the planet. Right now, they are gathering here, watching us from the etheric realm, bringing us together.

This will be the main part of this workshop.

So, I would ask you to close your eyes, make yourself comfortable, and watch your breath coming in and out.

As you breathe in, you breathe in emerald green light into your being. As you breathe out, you emanate emerald ray all directions. Just keep breathing like that.

As you breathe in, you breathe in emerald green light into your being. As you breathe out, you emanate emerald ray to the whole Berchtesgaden area. That light will expand to the whole area 100 km in all directions. Keep breathing like that.

Now, call upon the presence of Goddess Isais.

Visualize her presence above your head. You invite her to descend into your being.

You can feel her presence in your body, and her essence merges with you.

Together with her, as you breathe in, you breathe in emerald green light, and as you breathe out, you emanate the emerald green light all direction, to the area within 100km in Berchtesgaden.

Visualize the emerald green light activating all the physical sacred spots, caves, and vortexes in the area. Whole area with all the Agarthan network. Keep breathing like that and activating those spots.

Now, call upon the presence of Non-physical Templars. They are the guardians of the Goddess. You invite their presence in this room and the whole Berchtesgaden area, 100 km in all directions.

Ask them to activate all the true Templars to emerge and empower them to continue their mission without dangers. Invite them here to stay with us.

Now, visualize a huge mothership in the sky over the whole Berchtesgaden area. There is a pillar of sky-blue colored light descending from that mothership into the whole Berchtesgaden area. That pillar of light is activating all the sacred spots and people that need to be activated.

That is also activating the whole area as a huge contact dish for the First Contact. Visualize the First Contact taking place in the area as it is meant to be.

Slowly you become aware of your physical body. You are becoming aware of the surroundings. You are becoming aware of the floor beneath your feet. And when you are ready, please open your eyes.

1. During the meditation, I saw emerald green light spreading out. It spread throughout all the caves and the entire area of Berchtesgaden. Then suddenly, I saw a city. I don't know where it is.

2. During the meditation, I have a feeling that I need to share my background. I am bound to the Templar by a strong bond. I can also guide you to the special places in Untersberg.

3. During the meditation, I saw a dragon come and approach me. I thought it was protecting me.

This is the last part of our workshop. So, this will be the last time I can now answer a few of your questions.

Q. What is the difference between the black stone of Untersberg and the Cintamani stone?
A. Are you talking about the Lord of Blackstone's stone? Which black stone are you referring to?
Q. The one in the cave.
A. That's a completely different stone.

Q. Could you talk a little bit about King Ludwig II?
A. What would you like to know?
Q. Because he was connected with positive groups, he might have been a special person to be mentioned?
A. He worked for the light. He understood the importance of certain missions. He had connections to secret societies and collaborated with them. But he should have been more careful.

Q. Could you tell us about the Templar treasure found on Oak Island?
A. Yes, there laid the treasure hidden by the Templars. But alas, it was the dark ones who found it.
Q. What kind of treasure was it?
A. There were many. Documents, gold bars, and other items from that time. It was like a time capsule.

Q. 12:21 is the Antarion Conversion system for creating reality, right? But isn't our subconscious mind using this system to create negative time loops? Is this also being healed right now?
A. The subconscious mind is the part of our consciousness we are not normally aware of. However, not everything we do in daily life is done consciously. The light forces are also removing the abnormalities that burden the subconscious mind. Therefore, the burden is steadily becoming lighter. This too has accelerated since the 12:21 Ascension Portal opened.

Q. I have a question about the physical Templars. How many of them still exist? And what kind of people are they? Are they a lineage, a group with a common purpose, or are they still recruiting members?
A. There are only a few thousand genuine Templars in the physical plane. Some may be found within special lineages like the White Nobility. Rather than being bloodlines, they are more spiritual lineages with a very long history.

Q. What is the most powerful way to resolve the karma I've accumulated since reincarnating onto Earth?
A. Forgiveness. Simple, yet powerful.

Q. Which region is best for embedding Indian emeralds?
A. It is not about the region, but your purpose. There are two types of Indian emeralds. One possesses the power of the Central Sun, while the other specializes in abundance. Choose according to your purpose.

Manifestation Process

At the end of the workshop, I'll briefly discuss the importance of manifestation. It's something we tend to forget in daily life, yet it's extremely important.

Right now, the light forces are dedicated to healing the people on the planet's surface. One part of that process is manifestation.

Manifestation has three steps. The first step is the most important. That is decision.

Decision means determining what you want to manifest. It means deciding what to invest in. We all have different life circumstances, environments, and purposes. Therefore, our decisions differ. What we wish to manifest will also differ. So, you must make what you personally desire as specific as possible. Our healing part is to strengthen that specificity. As you heal internally, you can manifest that specificity externally.

Once you've made clear what you want, it's time to use your free will. When you've decided when, where, and what you want, you decide it with your free will. This is exercised as the power of the I AM Presence. In other words, this is the most crucial process in manifestation, and it is also the most crucial process in the ascension journey.

The next step in the Law of Manifestation is invocation.

The first step of decision was a mental process. The next step of invocation is emotion. You infuse the energy of emotion into the manifestation process. You charge it by wishing for it and yearning for it. Furthermore, you picture it, smell it, hear its sounds, and visualize it as concretely and realistically as possible.

The third step of manifestation is physical action.

Manifestation is impossible without physical action. Because if you don't act on the physical plane, the energy won't anchor there. So it's not just about meditation; you must demonstrate that energy through physical action.

And crucially, you must not give up along the way. This is a common mistake. Manifestation takes time. The bigger the decision, the longer it takes to manifest.

Finding a new job can take months. Buying a new house can take years. Everyone knows how long the Event takes. [laughter]

So don't give up halfway. People often make this mistake, but giving up halfway means all the energy invested up to that point vanishes. And you get no result.

However, once the energy reaches critical mass, a breakthrough occurs, and something physically happens.

For example, if you're manifesting a house, putting in enthusiastic effort only at the start and giving up after a year means all that energy vanishes, wasted. Even if you were so close to manifesting it. If you keep going, it will manifest.

If you can concretely visualize what you desire within yourself, you'll obtain it much sooner. When manifestation occurs, you'll surely be astonished. Because that thing you once wished for so intensely arrives exactly as you envisioned.

Therefore, we possess the free will to change this planet. Yet, free will also hinders liberation. Ultimately, it depends on the collective vector of everyone's free will.

Yet typically, it has always been a small group that determined the destiny course for the entire planet. Behind Earth's population, two groups - each comprising one hundred individuals - have stood on either side, deciding the course of history. The rest have followed their decisions.

Therefore, we too possess the drastic influence to determine the planet's situation. Now is the time to practice and strengthen manifestation. Doing so will make us stronger and the light brighter.

I have more to say about manifestation, but this workshop will conclude here. We may hold a workshop in the future dedicated to massive manifestation.

Q&A Session 4

Finally, I can only answer your questions about your manifestation.

Q. Should I align the decisions made at the Munich workshop with what I’ve decided to manifest this time?
A. Yes, of course.

Q. Can you explain the Law of Manifestation and the clearance of the Lurkers at the quantum level? Also Murphy's Law.
A. Each decision you make causes one layer of the Lurker to dissolve. Each physical action you take causes one layer of the Lurker to collapse. If you wish to eliminate the Lurker, simply use the Emerald Ray.

Q. Does the manifestation process become faster as the number of people wanting the same manifestation increases?
A. Absolutely. That way is more efficient and saves time.

Q. Sometimes I can't make clear decisions. My subconscious gets in the way, or I suddenly become pessimistic. What should I do?
A. That's still part of the same process. When you feel like giving up or negative thoughts arise, the people around you will let you know, so keep following the same process to avoid giving up. By integrating things this way, your decisions will become clearer.

Q. Using purple flames or emerald flames against the Lurker is recommended, but this should also be used as a decision of free will, right?
A. Yes.
